Activating your Autoship is very easy

Select the products you need and add them to the cart as in any order.

Select the products you need and add them to your shopping cart as you would with any other order.

Start receiving your order automatically! Remember that you can pause, cancel or modify at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Don't worry, before your order leaves our warehouse we will inform you by email of the products included and the amount we will charge, giving you the option to cancel if you wish.

In the tab of the product you want to receive automatically, click on "Add to my Autoship", select which of your Autoship you want to add it to (if you have more than one active one) and that's it!

This means that you will soon have it in your hands! If your Autoship appears in the control panel as pending" it means that we are preparing it to be sent to you. While it is "pending" you will not be able to make any changes."

You can change the delivery week, frequency and delivery address. Just go to My Scheduled Orders" and click on the configuration icon of the Scheduled Order you wish to edit. Remember that you will not be able to make any changes if the status of your order is "pending"."

Log in to your account and go to the My Autoship orders" section. Select the Autoship order you wish to stop receiving and click on the "pause" button. We will save all the information so you can easily reactivate it if you want to receive it again."
